Santander Bank is the financial institution I answer to as far my car goes and they and I know not anything of who Premier Recovery Service is and why they are contacting me. I don't know what this is about but I have done my part and still doing so. So since I can't seem to get anyone from Premier Recovery Service to call me back and discuss this debt I owe or may possibly owe.seems strange, I'm going to post it here. So I don't know if Santander and Premier Recovery Service may share communications but the agents I spoke with that seemed unlikely. I'll be making another payment next week. As far it goes I'm safe so far and gave the green light and my account on their side is ok. They said they don't know who they are and not one of theirs. They use several but Premier is not one of them. Santander Bank further confirmed that this company is not even one of their collectors or repo companies. I'm just finding this experience very odd and confusing. I'm sure they keep hours on Fridays because they called in a Friday.I have it in a voice message recording with the date and time. I would think they would have called me back. I left all this information in two detailed messages at two different times today and no call back. I called and left two detailed messages with this debt collection agency Premier Recovery Service confirming with them what Santander had informed me if and I had the bank duly notate my account to reflect this information. I asked the bank for help and the only thing they could tell me us my car is safe and ok and they want me to keep it of course, Lol.and yes I want my car.and according to them and their records I have the green light. That said, I'm making yet another payment next week or pay day to catch up the account. I paid the $381 just as a previous agent instructed and relieved the car of being out of collections. I have some Kate fees but the bank has duly informed me that I have the option to pay those at the end of my loan if I wish. Ok.I contacted the financial institution of my car in Houston Texas (Santander Consumer Bank USA) I had a conversation with two different agents about this Premier Recovery Service thinking the car was going to be repoed because it was 70 days behind but according to Santander it was not at all scheduled for repo. I'm making another payment this next week. It fell behind somewhat and I paid almost $400 to bring it out of collections. I have a car financed thru a bank in Houston Texas and I'm currently paying payments on. I called back two times today and left messages and no call back. I have no idea what they are calling about. I left a detailed message with call back information and they have yet to contact me. This debt collection agency contacted me twice on two different days and voice messages each time to call back.
